2. Products, Pricing, and Payment Methods

The prices displayed in the Original Tuscany catalog include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded and will be calculated and clearly communicated during the checkout process, prior to order confirmation. Product prices may be subject to updates; please verify the final price before submitting your order.

To ensure a secure and transparent transaction, we accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card (via Stripe): We accept major credit cards. Transactions are securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway. At no stage of the payment process will GBRAND SAS have access to your credit card information, as it is transmitted via a secure connection directly to Stripe. We do not store any such data in our systems.
• PayPal: You can pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account. The transaction will take place on PayPal's secure server, ensuring the highest level of protection for your financial data.
• Bank Transfer: If you select this option, our bank details will be displayed for you to complete the payment. Your order will be shipped only after the payment has been confirmed and received in our bank account.

3. Invoicing

Each order is shipped with a packing slip or receipt, which serves as a valid document for the warranty. If you require a commercial invoice, please make a specific request during the ordering process and provide all necessary details. The invoice will replace the standard packing slip.

4. Guarantee of Authenticity and Artisan Uniqueness

Original Tuscany guarantees the authenticity of every product. We select and purchase our items directly from the finest master artisans in the Tuscan leather district, ensuring high-quality standards and the certified origin of the materials.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. However, as our items are handcrafted from genuine leather—often vegetable-tanned or hand-painted—slight variations in color, grain, or finish are not to be considered defects. On the contrary, each piece is truly one-of-a-kind, a testament to its authentic artisan nature and a mark of its value. The images on the website are accurate, but minor differences from the real product may occur due to the internet browser or monitor used.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the purchased product within 30 days of the delivery date by exercising your right of withdrawal.

The only conditions required are that the product:

• Has never been used and is in perfect condition;
• Has not sustained any type of damage;
• Is complete with its original tag and packaging.
