Secure & Flexible Payment Methods
At Original Tuscany, your security is our priority. We offer several payment methods, all protected by state-of-the-art technology and SSL encryption systems to ensure you have a safe and seamless shopping experience.
1. Credit Card (via Stripe)
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Transactions are securely processed by our partner Stripe, a global leader in online payments.
- Maximum Security: Your card details are never stored on our servers. The transaction takes place directly on Stripe's secure platform.
- Immediate Charge: Once your card is authorized, the payment will be charged, and you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.
2. PayPal
Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account without entering your credit card details.
- Speed and Convenience: Complete your purchase in just a few clicks.
- Pay Later Options (if available): With PayPal, you may have "Pay Later" options (like "Pay in 4") to split your purchase into convenient, interest-free installments. If this is available for your account, you will see the option during PayPal checkout.
3. Bank Transfer
You can choose to pay via bank transfer. Please note this payment method is exclusively available for orders in Euro (€) currency and shipped within Italy.
- Procedure: After completing your order, you will receive an email with our bank details (IBAN).
- Shipment: Your order will be prepared and shipped only after the payment has been credited to our bank account.
Support & Troubleshooting
What if my payment is not accepted?
A payment can fail for several reasons, such as insufficient funds, incorrect data entry (card number, expiration date, CVV), or restrictions from your bank. We recommend you:
- Double-check that all the information you entered is correct.
- Contact your bank to ensure there are no blocks on online transactions.
- If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@originaltuscany.com. We'll be happy to assist you.
In rare cases, to protect you from potential fraud, we may contact you to request additional verification before confirming your order.
